Celebrating the South West's Creative Tech Community at The SPARKies 2026

The SPARKies 2026
Last night, we had the pleasure of joining some of the South West's brightest creative and technology businesses for The SPARKies 2026.
Hosted by techSPARK, the awards celebrate the people, organisations and ideas shaping one of the UK's most exciting regional tech ecosystems. More than an awards ceremony, it's an opportunity to bring our community together, celebrate innovation, and catch up with familiar faces from across the industry.
We were incredibly proud to be shortlisted for Creative Tech Business of the Year and Best Place to Work, with our CEO, Tom Harber, also nominated for The Community Award. It was also fantastic to see our client, Lumino, recognised as a finalist for HealthTech Business of the Year.
The evening itself was brilliant. Hosted by comedian Jayde Adams, there was a real buzz throughout the room, with plenty of laughter, and even a full volume (and note perfect) rendition of Nessun Dorma! Bookended with great conversations, excellent food and drinks, there was a real sense of optimism about the future of creative technology in the region.
A win!
Our highlight of the night was, of course, seeing Tom announced as the winner of The Community Award!
The award recognises Tom's ongoing commitment to supporting and growing the creative technology community in the South West. Whether through his role on the Board of Bristol Creative Industries, his position on Brazen's Advisory Board, or his continued work championing collaboration across the sector, the recognition is thoroughly deserved.

Celebrating the wider community
Seeing so many talented businesses, inspiring founders and familiar faces under one roof is a reminder of just how strong and collaborative the South West's creative tech scene has become.
We've built a fantastic relationship with the team at techSPARK over the years, and events like this are a testament to the work they do in connecting people, celebrating success, and helping the region continue to thrive.
Congratulations to all of the finalists and winners, and thank you to techSPARK for another memorable evening. We're already looking forward to next year!
